ONEIC'S
Financial Services for Utility Consumers began its operations
at the inception of the company in 1978, at which time
service was provided all over the Sultanate of Oman
with the exception of Muscat and Dhofar.
Between
1978 and 1992, when the last contract was handed over
to the Ministry of electricity & Water, ONEIC successfully
completed billing contracts in the regions of Batinah,
Sharqia, Dakhlia, Dhahira, Musandam & Masirah.
